Open to all ages - minimum age 18!!

The SMS is designed to provide individuals with an opportunity to spend a year training in Kingdom Principles, to grow and experience a deeper relationship with God, to serve a church, and to discover more about your identity and gifting in Jesus Christ. To allow you to be released into a world of supernatural expectation and experience based upon your reliance on the Holy Spirit.

It is intended to offer opportunity for those who feel a call to leadership, whether in the church or the marketplace, to establish a foundation of understanding and experience in being culture changers and bringing the Kingdom of God to wherever He calls them.

The key elements are Holy Spirit and relationship led. The broad purpose will be similar to that of the church – to extend the Kingdom of God in Winchester and way beyond. Within this umbrella, the intern would be looking to contribute towards the ministry of this Church, and getting from the Winvin, training and equipping so that they may know more clearly the calling of God in their life – and to be released into that calling in as far as this is possible

It is also our hope that the experience will be rewarding, faith building and fun!

COURSE COMPOSITION

There will be five components running alongside each other:

• A Mentoring Component - developing your personal relationship with God

• An Exploratory Component - exploring supernatural expressions of ministry and developing your gifts through interactive workshops and 'doing the stuff'

• A Practical Component - serving in a stream of ministry and being trained on-the-job, assisting the admin team in the church offices

• A Mission Component - Travelling abroad with an international ministry team to see God work in an area experiencing revival and to activate you in the supernatural

• An Instructional Component - incorporating the Vineyard Bible Institute's School of Ministry, a Freedom course and leadership training skills
